How accurate is the safety scanner?
Mascotia provides a fast AI-based estimate of whether a food item, plant or product is safe or toxic for your dog or cat, with symptoms to watch for and what to do. It is informational safety guidance, not a veterinary diagnosis — results include a confidence level. In an emergency or if you are in doubt, always contact your vet or an animal poison-control center.
What can I scan?
Food items, plants and household products. Point the camera or type the product name and Mascotia will tell you whether it's safe for your pet, taking into account their species and weight.
What is Mascotia Premium?
A monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited scans, multiple pets, vaccine and medication reminders, full history synced across devices and the AI vet coach. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account Settings; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete any pet or scan, and you can delete your account and all your data in the app under Settings → Delete account. This works for both anonymous and Sign in with Apple accounts. You can also email support@crawlsense.ai and we will delete your data within 30 days.
Does Mascotia replace a vet?
No. Mascotia is an informational safety tool. Its verdicts and advice are guidance only and do not constitute a veterinary diagnosis or treatment. For any health issue or emergency, contact your vet.
