Mascotia Premium is billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select Mascotia to change or cancel your plan. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
Delete your data
You can delete any pet or scan, and you can delete your account and all associated data in the app under Settings → Delete account. This works for both anonymous and Sign in with Apple accounts. Prefer that we do it? Email support@crawlsense.ai and we will delete your data within 30 days.
How the safety scanner and your photos work
When you scan a food item, plant or product, the photo and any text are sent to Anthropic (Claude API) to assess whether it is safe or toxic for your pet, the symptoms to watch for and what to do. Under our agreement, this data is not used to train AI models. Pets you save are stored on Google Cloud in the European Union, and you can delete any pet photo or your whole account at any time. How accurate is the safety scanner?
Mascotia provides a fast AI-based estimate of whether a food item, plant or product is safe or toxic for your dog or cat, with symptoms to watch for and what to do. It is informational safety guidance, not a veterinary diagnosis — results include a confidence level. In an emergency or if you are in doubt, always contact your vet or an animal poison-control center.
What can I scan?
Food items, plants and household products. Point the camera or type the product name and Mascotia will tell you whether it's safe for your pet, taking into account their species and weight.
What is Mascotia Premium?
A monthly subscription that unlocks unlimited scans, multiple pets, vaccine and medication reminders, full history synced across devices and the AI vet coach. You can cancel anytime.
How do I cancel my subscription?
